Midweek Motivation

Today is Wednesday and we are half way to the weekend! Happy Hump Day! My advice for all of you who seem to be having a rough week is just try to appreciate the small things! When a lot of stressful things at work or school or life in general seem to all be happening at once then it can get overwhelming and it becomes difficult to look at the bright side. I encourage you to think about those little bright sides that happen every day. Whether someone gave you a compliment when you didn’t expect it, you got a text from someone you haven’t heard from in a while, or maybe you sat down and watched your favorite show one night. No matter what it was that made you smile this week, you should acknowledge it and think about what else is going to make you smile throughout the rest of the week.

Here are a few of my little bright sides…

I got this adorable Olaf water bottle! It put me in a good mood when I used it after I forced myself to get on the elliptical for 20 minutes.
