Yesterday I wore this outfit to work. As you probably know, I work in retail at Victoria’s Secret and I am often scheduled in Pink so I get to wear the Pink brand clothes to work. I thought it was funny how I was only scheduled in Pink on Wednesday this week because if any of you have ever seen Mean Girls (which I hope you all have) then you would totally understand why the whole “On Wednesdays we wear pink” phrase popped into my head. So yes, my outfit inspiration came from Mean Girls. I had just purchased this new off-the-shoulder palm tree sweatshirt from Pink and I just had to accent it with the color pink (since after all it was Wednesday). So I layered the black and white sporty top with a basic pink tank and then topped it off with my pink snakeskin retro 11’s. One of my all time favorite pairs of J’s. If you saw my post Aquaaaa then you know that 11’s are basically my favorite Jordan’s and these pink snakeskin ones were actually my first pair of 11’s. They are the best way to be sporty and comfy, but still have that girly touch which, as you can see, is what I go for almost all the time. Let me know what you think!
