I finally got around to trying out my last two glam bags of products so I’m happy to report that my April products were pretty great! “The Dreamer” theme was adorable. Here is what I got:
Tarte LipSurgence Lip Crème in “Wonder”
This bold lip color goes on very smoothly and it’s very rich in color. I have to admit, I feel like Ipsy is sending me too many red lip products, but this is definitly one of the better ones. It makes your lips feel soft and the brand is cruelty-free.
Trust Fund Beauty That Glo Tho Face Highlighter
The name says it all! This product gives your face a bronzing, shimmering glow. I am not super familiar with contouring and highlighting my face, but I can say that this highlighter did everything I would have wanted it to. The formula made it really easy for me to use too, so if you’re not use to using a highlighter then you might really like to try this one.
Crown Brush C427 Duo Fiber Blush Brush
I tried this brush with foundation and bronzer and I would say that it definitly works better with a powder rather than a liquid. However, it is a very quality brush and I liked it a lot.
This oil treatment made my hair easier to brush and it gave it a nice shine. I applied it to my hair after I washed it and towel dried it, so it was still damp. I have thick, curly hair so I had to use a little more than average, but I still have a decent amount left.
This was probably my favorite product from this bag! I love face masks. This one tingled a little, but not too much. It brought some of my blemishes to the surface and I can tell it really helped cleanse my pores. Just a warning, if you plan on putting it on in front of your significant other, you may look like the Hulk because it’s a very dark green color. Totally worth it though, I would recommend trying this one. It’s also eco-conscious and cruelty-free.
The Bag
The bag totally reminded me of a dreamcatcher. The colors are serene and the design is pretty.
