Although this exhibition ended in January, I feel like it is still worth sharing for anyone who wasn’t able to see it. “Volez, Voguez, Voyagez â Louis Vuitton” took place at the American Stock Exchange Building in New York City. It was honestly one of the best fashion exhibits I’ve ever seen. The whole building felt like you had traveled through time. As I walked through the luxurious displays, I saw the finest trunks, dresses, purses, and accessories plastered in that iconic LV logo.
Each section moved forward in time from 1854 to modern day. The beginning of the exhibit felt like getting ready to board a ship across seas in the 1800s. Towards the end, there were celebrity gowns worn at past Met Galas and other red carpet events. Every room had its own vibe rooted in extravagant travel and adventure â from feeling like you’re on a moving train to walking through a blue ocean. The clothes alone were beautiful but the overall experience was magical.
