On January 20th, I turned 32 this year! I’m a little late doing this post, but it continues to be one of my favorite annual series to work on. I love giving myself small goals and aspirations that are very doable for the year. It helps to keep me excited, motivated, and to always have something to look forward to. As I begin my 32nd year, I’m feeling particularly excited… like there is a lot of positive change coming my way. I’m not sure what it all is yet, but let’s find out!

Experiences
1. Take my dream trip to Japan
2. Visit at least two new states
- Louisiana
3. Go back to London & Amsterdam
4. Check out new places around Detroit
- Michigan Central Station
- YumVillage
5. Get a new tattoo in another country
6. Do some volunteering, teaching, speaking, etc.


Finances
7. Grow savings over $20k
8. Get Global Entry & TSA Pre-Check
9. Go through all of my subscriptions & cancel some
10. Sell clothes I don’t want anymore
Content Creation & Entrepreneurship
11. Celebrate my 12-year blogiversary
12. Go to at least one event in Detroit
13. Write my first e-book (finally!)
14. Redesign my professional website
15. Start posting on LinkedIn
16. Refresh my YouTube channel & strategy
17. Work with at least one new brand
18. Give the blog a refresh


Health & Wellness
19. Try new workout classes
- Trap Yoga
20. Continue therapy and learning about my ADHD
21. Try meds for ADHD
22. Cook new recipes
- Mashed potatoes (my first time making them from scratch lol)
23. Complete all annual doctors appointments
This includes a physical, OBG-YN, eye doctor, dentist, allergist, and dermatologist (skin screening).
