If you’re trying to get on track for a more healthy living style like I am then one really easy and great thing to do is detox your body with water! By adding cucumbers, lemons, limes, mint leaves, or any combination of those you are allowing your body to get rid of nasty toxins. So far I have only tried the cucumber water, but I am excited to try many other water recipes. All you have to do for this one is get a fresh cucumber and cut it up as thin as possible. Then put the slices in a bottle of water and let them soak over night. Then, in the morning, you have fresh cucumber water. You can store it in the fridge over night in order to keep the cucumbers fresh, but when you drink it it’s actually best to have it room temperature.
