A little over a week ago, I went camping with my aunts and cousins at River View Campground in Sterling Michigan. We slept in tents, had no cell phone reception, ate food from packed coolers, and sat by the fire at night… the whole nine yards. I’m not big on camping, but I actually had a really good time. It was only for two nights so I was able to survive the wilderness. It was really nice weather, all sun and no rain. I also enjoyed being able to spend time with my family. We spent one of the day’s tubing down the river for about six hours. It was a pretty long ride, but it was relaxing and enjoyable for the most part. Sometimes it’s definitely neccesary to unplug and enjoy nature for a little while.
