So this weekend was literally so much fun! It was definitely what summer vacation is all about… concerts, swimming, and amusement parks! From Friday to Sunday it was nonstop fun. Here is a recap of my adventures…
Friday: The Pinkprint Tour
I went to DTE Energy Music Center in Clarkson, MI to see my favorite artist, Nicki Minaj. I went with my friend and my cousin and we had a fun girls night with mixed drinks, standing under the stars, while listening to our girl Nicki kill it on stage. It was perfect! The show had opening acts of Dej Loaf, Tinashe, Rae Sremmurd, and Meek Mill. All leading up to the queen herself who performed songs from her latest album, of course, along with many of her features and older hits. It was an amazing concert.
Saturday: Cedar Point
Every summer I try to make it a point to go to Sandusky, Ohio and wait in line to get on so,e of my favorite rides. This trip was definitely successful because I got on 7-9 rides, had really yummy food, and even got some prizes won for me! <3 I would also suggest taking a charter bus through Trinity Transportation like I did. It was $79 for a day pass to Cedar Point and roundtrip transportation so nobody has to worry about driving.
Sunday: Great Wave Wave Pool at Lake Erie Metro Park
To wrap up my awesome weekend, we spent our Sunday afternoon at the Wavepool. It was tons of fun and I managed to get somewhat of a tan while playing in the waves and chilling out on an inner tube. Afterwards, we ate at Red Robin. It’s safe to say that I was thoroughly exhausted after such a fantastic weekend!
