Ipsy Review #6: “With Love From Ipsy” December Glam Bag

I know I’m super late on this review, but my December Ipsy glam bag was pretty good. I liked the products and the theme was cute. It was a good way to end 2015. Here is what I got:

Formula X Nail Polish in Revved Up

The rose gold, glittery polish is such a lovely color. I was worried it would be too light, but I did two coats on my toes and it looked really pretty.

Lather Moisture Mask with Propolis Extract

This mask went on like lotion and the texture was definitly different than any mask I’ve done before. It was also weird because you don’t rinse it off. But, I have to say that I liked it. It was cool and relaxing and it made my face feel replenished and smooth.

Pacifica Power of Love Natural Lipstick

I love the color of this lipstick and I really needed a good neutral color, but I’m still not a big fan of matte. The only reason I didn’t love it was because it started to to peel and flake on my lips a little.

Klorane Floral Water Make-Up Remover with Soothing Cornflower

This remover works pretty well. I used it to remove my eyeliner and mascara with a cotton ball and it worked fine. Not amazing, but it will get the job done; especially if you wash your face after.

Beau Gâchis Paris Concealer Brush

I don’t wear concealer so I just used this brush for eyeshadow. I think it would work a lot better with liquids and creams because of its texture, but it is a good brush to have!

The Bag

I really like that it was a different shape than my other glam bags. I like the red too, it was festive for the holidays, but still cute and usable for any other time. The brush was even able to fit inside despite how small the bag looks.

What was in you glam bag last month?

xoxo, Kayla
