Last year for Halloween I hosted a girls’ night in. So this year, it was nice to get out the house. My friends and I got into some shenanigans that involved a lot of dancing, drinks, and of course fun costumes. In addition to going out with my friends, I also created a full look book of Black girl cartoon character costume ideas. So overall, I did a lot of looks this year. Here’s all the details for where we went and what I wore out.
Halloween Party at OS NYC
On Saturday, my friends and I went to a party at OS NYC at 50 Bowery St. The gaming lounge had tons of computers, video games, and arcade games set up. They also have a full bar and a dance floor. It was really cool and different than other parties I’ve been to. I wore my Princess Tiana costume from Dolls Kill with green tights from Snag and black boots from Target.
Halloween Night at Hustler Club
The next adventure for our Halloween weekend in Manhattan was Halloween night at the strip club. My girls and I went to Hustler Club at 641 W 51st St. It was honestly really slow that night, but we made the most of it! We had drinks, made friends with some of the dancers, and hung out on the rooftop area. Although there wasn’t a lot of performers on stage, the location was really nice and we had a good time hanging out. I wore a Sailor Moon costume from Amazon that I bought in 2020 for my ’90s-themed costume look book.
